Contract & claims management
Metro, light rail and PPP projects are complex: many parties, changing scope and tight programmes. We manage the contract as the work happens, from tender to final account, so changes are handled correctly and claims are decided on a solid record.
Services
Our team of lawyers and an economist works as an integral part of the project management team, on-site or remotely as each project requires. We support the project across the contract lifecycle, from procurement and risk allocation to change, claims and close-out.
